Ground Rules

1. Don't Be That Guy (or Gal)

You know who we're talking about. Be courteous. Share the space. Don't ruin someone else's good time.

2. Know Your Limits.

Listen to your body. If you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or just "off," step out, cool down, and take a break. There are no prizes for pushing it.

3. Clothing Required.

Swimsuits, athletic wear, or other appropriate attire is required. Towels don't count.

4. Rinse Before You Plunge.

The plunge is for cooling off not rinsing off. Please shower before and after you get in.

5. Keep the Snacks Indoors.

Food and drinks are welcome inside the building. Please keep food out of the saunas and cold plunges.

6. Don't Show Up Under the Influence.

This isn't pledge night. Arriving impaired by alcohol or drugs isn't just a safety issue, it negatively impacts the experience for everyone, including you.

7. Leave the Place Better Than You Found It.

Hang up your towel. Put things back where they belong. The next person will appreciate it, even if they never know it was you.
